All paid BlockWill subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund - no questions asked.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- The refund request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds apply to the current billing period only - previous billing cycles are not eligible.
- Each account is eligible for one refund under this policy.
- The policy applies to all subscription tiers (Individual, Family, and Enterprise plans).
3. Refund Process
- Submit a request. Contact our support team at support@blockwill.io with your account email and reason for the refund.
- Confirmation. You will receive an acknowledgment within 2 business days.
- Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Post-30 Day Period
After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
5. Service Exceptions
- One-time service fees (e.g., notarization or legal document review) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
- Promotional or discounted purchases may have separate refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
